Core Value Index (CVI)
The Core Value Index is a personality assessment to discover what drives and motivates you. The results will be sent to Dr. Hosley. There is no additional charge for this assessment.
Adult Attachment Interview
A questionnaire about your childhood to help understand your attachment style. The results will be sent to Dr. Hosley. There is no additional charge for this assessment.

PTSI-R
Expect this assessment to take 30 mins. You will type in Ryan Hosley under “Therapist” and then your client identifier. (The client identifier will be the first letter of your first name and the first 3 letters of your last name. Ex: John Smith = JSmi). The results will be sent to Dr. Hosley. There is an additional fee of $30 for this assessment.
SDI
The SDI helps Dr. Hosley with the thorough evaluation of sexually oriented addictive behaviors. Note the questions on this assessment can be triggering. You are encouraged to communicate with accountability partners prior to and after taking this assessment to protect your sobriety. Please read the directions thoroughly to be sure you answer the questions appropriately. For example, you may be asked “have you ever” done a certain behavior. This “have you ever” refers to have you actually done said behavior or have you fantasized about said behavior. The SDI takes 1 1/2 – 2 hours. You will type in Ryan Hosley under “Therapist” and your client identifier (The client identifier is the first letter of your first name plus the first three of your last name. Ex: John Smith = JSmi ). The results will be sent to Dr. Hosley. There is an additional fee of $60 for this assessment.
Secure Connector Quiz
This quiz is designed as a follow-up for the HWL quiz. It is adapted from Milan and Kay Yerkovich. There is no additional fee for this assessment.
HWL
The How We Love Quiz assesses your attachment style. Please make note of your 5 percentages and send them to info@drryanhosley.com. There is no additional charge for this assessment.
MCMI-IV
When this assessment is assigned to you by Dr. Hosley it will be sent directly to you from the testing site, Q-global. Keep your eye out for an email from Q-global titled “Invitation to Take Assessment”. The results will be sent to Dr. Hosley. There is an additional fee of $90 for this assessment.
I-PAST
Expect this assessment to take 30 minutes.
